Q.hey jessica! your a writer and a socialist how do you feel about the writers strike?
A. short and simple, totally in favor of it. the unions writers of america are a part of are called Writers Guild of America West and Writers Guild of America East. writers are some of the lowest paid of the tv/movie making world and it makes no sense.without words you have nothing. actors, directors, extras, camera men all nothing to do without a script. so please be patient while this strike is going on. hopefully it will be a short one and not turn out as horrendous as the last strike (last time the writers went on strike we ended up the the reality tv boom because the shows wrote them selfs).

I completely agree. Writers are underpaid and underappreciated. Writing really is an art, just like painting, photography, sculpture, etc. Support the writers!
