i love my priest

if you haven't already seen it watch this:

todays gospel was John 9:1-1.3 [14-27] 28-38 in which Jesus and his disciples pass a blind man which Jesus heals. When this man is then confronted by the Pharises and challenged to name Jesus as his healer and son of God He has a smarty retort and says "whether he is a sinne, i do not know; one thing i know, that though i was blind, now i see"

i am paraphrasing but Fr. said:

i may not be able to convince you of the communion of the saints but how can you deny that once i was blind and now i see, that once i was lost and now i'm found? you could simply say 'no you weren't' but that's not a real argument"

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA i love it when he drops Python into a sermon
